Digital Technical Program Group Manager

Citibank, N.A. seeks a Digital Technical Program Group Manager for its Irving, Texas location.

Duties: Plan, initiate, and manage information technology (IT) projects. Manage team of Technical Project Managers to oversee client’s projects. Develop cloud-based solutions. Create microservices for application architecture. Manage and monitor project’s goals, project scope, project budget, and resources using Scrum and Agile methodologies. Serve as liaison between business and technical aspects of projects. Plan project stages and assess business implications for each stage. Monitor progress to assure deadlines, standards, and cost targets are met. Identify new business opportunities to develop proposals for customized IT Solutions that integrate latest technologies and framework. Review software and middleware upgrades to vendor-supported versions. Create and manage plan and roadmap to monitor system vulnerabilities and remediation plans. Conduct strategic account planning for business development. Troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues. Review code and identify defects. Track sprint metrics in JIRA and create agile delivery schedule and identify user stories with roadmap of backlog items that technology solution intends to deliver. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite, in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.

Requirements: Requires a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Information Technology or related field and 10 years of progressively responsible, post-baccalaureate experience as a Principal Consultant or related field involving management of IT projects for the financial services industry. 10 years of experience must include: Cloud computing; Microservices; Agile and Scrum methodologies; Program management; Technology Management; Robotic Process Automation.
