Responsibilities:

  • This role is supporting the CFO of Citi Retail Services Business. a $50 billion credit card portfolio with marquee partners such as The Home Depot, Best Buy, Macy's, Wayfair, LL Bean, etc.
  • Provide financial analytics and support cross-product and cross-function internal teams, including product line of finance team, portfolio Lead Finance Officers, Investor Relations, COO, Risk Management, Operations & Technology, Marketing, and others
  • Develop timely and insightful financial analyses to support management reviews including monthly reporting, quarterly forecast, and strategic plan
  • Support Quarterly Earnings, Town hall and other internal, rating agency, regulatory and investor meeting material preparation
  • Participate in projects such process automation, report standardization, teach-in materials, resolution plan, regulatory impact analysis, and others
  • Collaborate with centralized FP&A team to develop financial projections and present to management
  • Assist in capital optimization and financial strategy to drive asset and earnings growth as well as meet regulatory guidelines
  • Prepare presentations and analysis for the team supporting the CFO
  • Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.
  • Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy.
  • Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members.
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.


Qualifications:

  • 6-10 years of relevant experience
  • Proficient computer skills with a focus on Microsoft Office applications
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated presentation skills
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills


Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or other business related field of study
  • Master’s degree preferred

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:

$129,840.00 - $194,760.00
