Citibank, N.A. seeks a Specialized Analytics Group Manager for its Wilmington, Delaware location.

Duties: Implement a robust Sales Effectiveness automation framework (including on-boarding, Sales campaign effectiveness, Campaign Management and Sales & Service Operations) to gain scale and promote expansion of US Citigold WM Sales coverage. Lead a team of talented individuals to create partnerships with US Citigold Wealth Management business (Sales & Services) and related support areas (Chief Operating Office, Business Planning & Analysis, Finance) to implement analytical initiatives that support the Wealth business growth. It will also manage interactions with Global Wealth, ICG/CPB client analytics, WM Sales and WM Risk & Control teams. Conduct financial and statistical analyses to drive consumer engagement and business insights and strategies. Develop strategy recommendations based on multiple factors including in-depth customer analytics, financial impact forecasting, and the competitive landscape. Create analytical framework to evaluate Wealth Management Sales structure, develop and track Sales performance, Sales capacity, Sales coverage models to dictate Sales meritocracy, and promote coaching and development opportunities. Design, generate, and implement automated standard reports to provide Management Information Systems (MIS) support to the business and to cross-functional areas, including vintage and volume analysis, productivity dashboards, and initiative tracking. Develop advanced analytics frameworks to analyze the outbound telemarketing campaigns of the Wealth Management sales, in order to identify and optimize key performance drivers and profitability levels. Drive process improvement initiatives to increase productivity, facilitate tracking, and ensure efficiencies are created around the processes supported by the role. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite, in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.

Requirements: Requires a Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, Electronic Engineering or related quantitative field and 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, System Engineer or related position performing data analytics and providing management information systems support. 2 years of experience must include: Data retrieving and analysis; Utilizing analytical data tools including SQL, SAS; Capturing business requirements and translating them into technical requirements; Liaising between business and technical development teams; Salesforce CRM system; Creating management reports to facilitate the decision-making process; and Identifying and quantifying optimization opportunities through the development of statistical/data modeling.
